With over thirteen years of experience in the real estate industry, Kye Sampson is a seasoned entrepreneur who specializes in luxury real estate, consisting of residential and commercial transactions globally. Along with being a Top Producing Broker, she also coaches other Realtors on how to build successful real estate careers and stay in business longer. She was inspired to start her career in real estate after assisting with her own home purchase. She fell in love with helping others pursue their dreams of homeownership. Kye loves that her career affords her the opportunity to merge two of her passions; real estate and giving back to her community.

 

Kye is a true advocate for her clients and won’t stop until they find exactly what they are looking for. She’s been featured as Houston’s Top 20 Under 40 Realtors, The Huffington Post, The Houston Chronicle and on HGTV’s hit show, LakeFront Bargain Hunt. Along with a successful real estate career, Kye has expanded her endeavors to also being an investor and owner of a small fleet trucking company. She is a true people person and serial entrepreneur. Kye loves that her career allows her to meet so many different types of people who start off as clients and end up as family friends. She has a passion for the consumer and is always readily available for her clients.

 

In her free time, Kye can be found giving back to organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Rebuild Houston, The March of Dimes or networking at the newest restaurant in town.
